Family Day Camp, Sept 20th 9am - 12pm
Enjoy Family Day with your little ones on the farm learning everything that goes into caring for the horses. This experience includes feeding, watering, grooming, barn care, tacking, riding, and more!
*Camp includes a 30-minute riding lesson for both the family members and child in a group setting. We do have a 210lb weight limit for riding for the safety of riders and horses but do not let that discourage you from joining us. There are plenty of other activities to do besides riding!
No age limits for adults, all are welcome as well.
Children age: 5-15
Time: 9am -12p
Bring a snack and water bottle
There will be plenty of time for pictures for all the special moments that make this day special.
Sample Schedule:
9a-9:15am- Check in, introduction, etc.
9:15-9:45- Safety class& riding lesson
9:45-10:15- Brushing & Tacking
10:15-10:45 - Hay & Watering
10:45-11:15-Walking exercises
11:15-11:45- Barn care
11:45-12 pictures
